1. The county clerk will perform the ceremony in here IF you reserve it prior to making your appointment with the county clerk office. Call Parks + Recreation at 805.568.2460, Option 4, or email them at WEDDINGS@COUNTYOFSB.ORG . Pricing is here.
2. It is a public area so tourists may stop and watch. In my experience they've been very respectful and stay in the back.
3. None of the following:
- No amplified sound, but soft acoustic music would be permitted.
- All chairs and equipment are to be hand carried to wedding site.
- No rice, confetti, flower petals, bird seed or open flames.
- No taping off or coning any area of Courthouse Grounds.
